US technology mogul the entrepreneur has ruled out making a formal takeover bid for Tottenham.
Spurs had earlier “firmly declined” an preliminary inquiry from a consortium headed by Earick last period and insisted the organization was not for sale.
Yet UK takeover and merger rules required that, following an informal proposal turned down, the group were obligated to present a formal offer by 24 October or declare they would not do so.
