But there's one grievance that has been raised by both sides.

High-cost, story-driven major releases from first-party studios have traditionally been the foundation to Sony's console dominance.
Throughout the PlayStation 4 days, fans enjoyed a steady stream of story-rich experiences, but this has appeared as a trickle since last year's Spider-Man 2.
However, PlayStation's latest game – Ghost of Yōtei – represents a return to its proven blockbuster format.
Sucker Punch's latest project is a sequel to the 2020 feudal Japan-set release Ghost of Tsushima, among the most recent big PS4-exclusive titles from Sony.
"Games require a considerable duration to make, so it's a major chunk of your life," says the creative director.
Ghost of Yōtei moves the action a few hundred miles north, to the island of Honshū location, and the era a hundreds of years later, to the early 17th century.
